
About the Course
Our Capoeira course spreads in 4 weeks (one calendar month) and welcomes participants of all skill levels.
This is a chance for newcomers to discover the thrilling and distinctive art of Capoeira in a welcoming and supportive setting.
Throughout the course, participants will delve into various elements of Capoeira, including:
Dance and body movement
Mobility and flexibility
Strengthening and conditioning exercises
Stretching
Basic Capoeira movements and techniques
Partner work and interaction
Percussion Capoeira music
Brazilian Portuguese words and words-expressions used in Capoeira songs
The sessions aim to enhance movement, fitness, coordination, musicality, confidence, and social connection, while introducing participants to the rich cultural traditions of Capoeira.
What to Bring
Please bring:
A bottle of water
Comfortable shoes suitable for exercise (shoes are part of our dress code)
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely

Boneco comes from Brazil. Since started teaching Capoeira in 1998, Boneco’s aim is to create a safe and welcoming space where Capoeira can be experienced for social and wellbeing purposes by everyone. He brings together his skills in percussion, music, acting, fitness, and martial arts to offer a unique and enriching Capoeira experience.
